I have mixxed feelings about this. First if this is really meant to be fog, please add 2-3 {blind obediance} so you dontget blown out by haste or super ramp {omniscience} decks. This looks like a mid point between a walker control deck and a fog deck. Fog decks have real power in the fact your opponent has nothing to target or react to.
