First, this is Standard, and you posted it in Modern...?  Might want to fix that.
Second, I like it, but {Illusionist's Bracers} only works when an ability activates.  Evolve and {Corpsejack Menace}'s ability trigger, so bracers don't really have a place in this deck.

You could run {Ooze Flux} and {Zameck Guildmage} for some extra card and creature advantage.
