If you have no land in the deck, and lets say you have only a few cards left from mill or something, if you activated it, would it kill you because it ran out of cards to reveal?
Nope, you don't lose if you have to reveal a card and you can't. Here's what happens:
You activate it, and start flipping cards if your opponent lets it resolve. If you flip every card in your library, the first part of the ability stops because it cannot happen anymore, and you do the next thing it says, which is deal damage equal to the number of nonland cards revealed.
RESOLVED
The mill lose condition takes effect at the end of turn step I believe. So you'll play the ability and each section of the ability resolves before the End Step begins. DotP showed me this again just yesterday.

Draw step, you lose if you can't draw a card
Like Malleo said, you can't lose if you can't mill anymore, just if you can't draw anymore. Like I could use {Jace, Memory Adept}'s 0: ability on myself when I have 1 card left, and I don't lose until I need to draw a card.
Also, charbelcher lets you put the revealed cards back. So it's all good :)
Ok, that explains it, I was wondering how Belcher decks were supposed to work.
