Isn't this just a standard deck?
{ time stop} is not standard. And I will use this deck in modern tournaments so I'm oppen to modern legal suggestions.

To tell the truth I did not no that card existed. Lol :/
{Mind Funeral} is about 100x better than {Mind Grind} IMO, also {Glimpse the Unthinkable} is very nice, although it is also hard to obtain, took me a while to get my playset, same with {Mind Funeral} to be honest.

No it's not needed. Also if you going dimir mill you will need a bit more draw and control because I did not see anything that will deal with creature hordes. So for draw use {Thought Scour}, or any other cheap draw and maybe a couple {Damnation} for board wipe.
