I want to talk about all the guild leaders and their power level
1. {Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord} this guy is one of my favorite guild leaders I love graveyard decks. He is very powerful his ability to throw a creature at somebodys face for 3 mana is awesome plus it makes him stronger
2. {Rakdos, Lord of Riots} I dont really know what to think about him like when you can cast him he is absolutely ridiculous but when you cant cast him he is super bad
3. {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice} she is very under rated, gaining life in general is underrated I hope that she starts to see play she is a wall who gains life and can make a lot of tokens
4. {Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius} saw a lot of play in the grixis control decks but that deck faded away and so did the dracogenius. If blue and red was powerful enough to make its way into standard this card who instantly be in that deck
5. {Isperia, Supreme Judge} im pretty sure this card was misprinted she should have been a 4/6. She was a sweet limited bomb but after that she is pretty much crap she really isnt even that good in commander
6. {Aurelia, the Warleader} okay wizards calm down this chick is a 3/4 with flying,haste and vigilance which is isnt too impressive but then the last ability! Oh my god attacking twice eachturn plus what is going to be able to beat her standard doesnt have flyers that can really kill her besides like {Angel of Serenity} but that doesnt even see that much play anymore
7. {Prime Speaker Zegana} bant just got a whole lot cooler. She is awesome drawing 5 cards off a {Thragtusk} then {Restoration Angel} it for 5 more or 3 more plus she becomes a threat herself she is pretty good
8. {Borborygmos Enraged} like {Isperia, Supreme Judge} he is awesome in limited but nothing else really
9.{Lazav, Dimir Mastermind} is pretty sweet against reanimator this card is going to be awesome just copy there uh every creature they put in the graveyard and beat them to death
10. {Obzedat, Ghost Council} probably the most powerful guildleader from both the sets. This dide is super powerful this guy deals 4 damage and gains you 4 life before it can even attack plus it does it everyturn plus {Restoration Angel} Like awesomeness never stops!!! Its a 5 mana 5/5 which is already good too like seriously this creature could win a game by itself you could play all lands and 4 of this guy and win a fnm with it
So obviously {Obzedat, Ghost Council} is my favorite guild leader who is yours and what do you think makes it your favorite?
For {Prime Speaker Zegana} if you had {Thragtusk} you would draw six cards. You draw cards equal to her power. She comes in as a 1/1 + counters in this case becoming a 6/6 and drawing you six.
I think they're even worse than you're saying. Zegana isn't very good, and Lazav is pretty terrible, although he stops {Gifts Ungiven} decks in Modern and Rites decks in Standard. Still, I can't see him getting much mainboard action anywhere... Although saying that makes me want to build a deck around him, haha. An Esper Rites deck with him would be cool too. But really, Trostani, Obzedat and Aurelia are the only really good ones, and as a Modern player I don't think even those will make much of a splash anywhere but Standard.
Dracogenius is a decent card but in standard if you're running u/r your goal is to be fast and dracogenius doesn't fit well in that regard.
He is good in american control, especially in the mirror match.
The only one I like is Obzedat. I don't think the others are very good.
He's decent in bant turbo fog if you feel like splashing a little black.

I like {jarad, golgari lich lord} in my reanimator deck. He's won me a few games.
Nobody mentioned {Aurelia}... I think it's the best one!
Obzedet and Auralia are the 2 best Obzedet is soooo over powered just to get him out is like game over Auralia is close second since when you get her out you already will have a ton of Boros 1 drops and once you swing You do it again if there not dead yet
