EDIT: By this I mean, would there be a victim if you post this file, for example people who would preferred if you do not share their work without their knowledge?

I'm actually not sure about this- I'd have to take all the art off, I got it from deviantart.
EDIT: Would it matter? I'm not making money off of it, so I don't know why I couldn't just put "DeviantArt" as the artist at the bottom.

It's plagiarizing if it's someone else's art. You would have to give each person credit for there art piece if you want to post it

OK. I'll just take off all the art and find it again (while noting the deviantart users)
Would wizards sue me if I used their art (and sited the artist, Richard Wright)? Some of their art is perfect to be "re-used".
It doesn't matter if they would sue or not, what matters is whether you would be breaking the law. If the license under which anything is released doesn't let you redistribute the anything, it is against the law to redistribute it. Makes sense?
