I think I know the awnser to this. But can you use {courtly provocateur} to make a creature attack on your opponents turn?

Well, the answer is yes, since the ability can be activated at instant speed. But like testset said, you could only make an opponent's creature attack on your opponent's turn, not yours. And vise versa.

Think how crazy magic would be if those effects worked on both turns... {juggernaut}ish abilities would sweet
