Deviant glee, I would remove that, I would also remove the guildgates, that's what I think at a quick glance over

Ask yourself this: how will my deck win? What do you want it to accomplish?

It looks like you want to beat your opponent down with creatures. You have {Strangleroot Geist} and {Dredge Mangler} to get in for a lot of damage quickly.

{Daggerdrome Imp} and {Geist Snatcher}, are things that do not really contribute to what you want to do. They are defenders, not attackers. The imp has lifelink, but does not get in for much damage. Geist snatchers gives creatures reach, which is a defensive ability, and also one that does not have many applications. Other than that it is a 3/5 for 5, which is not a good deal, manawise.

Another thing you want to look for are cards that are strictly better than cards you already have. Strictly better means: same cost, yet the same benefits AND more. See {Shock} vs, {Lightning Bolt.

I can see an example in your deck. You have 1 {Festerhide Boar}, and 2 {Deadbridge Goliath}. Let's look at their features:
---
Flinterhide Boar:
CMC of 4
3 power, with the chance to be 5 power
---
Now let's look at...
Deadbridge Goliath:
4 CMC
5 power (always)
Can make another creature 5 power bigger when it is dead
---
As you can see, both cost 4, yes deadbridge has far more power. Now it is true that flinthoof boar is less mana-restrictive, because it costs only one green mana, while deadbridge costs 2 greens. However, I doubt that will be an issue in a deck that is just 2 colors.

My last piece of advice is to eliminate cards from your deck that are only good vs, certain things. In other words, get rid of cards that should be sideboard material, not mainboard. Cards that exile cards from graveyards, cards that only hit smaller creatures, cards that only hit flying creatures or tokens, etc.

Oh and one last thing: if this is a green/black deck, get rid of off-color cards like {Deviant Glee} (red in the activation cost).

Good luck, hope I could help! :)
