Title: Goldnight Commander, Multiple ETB Triggers
Post by: Birdbrain on January 24, 2013, 05:04:16 PM
Earlier today. I had two {gold night commanders} in play. And played two creatures. I said All my creatures got +4/+4, but my friend was skeptical. I'm 99.9999999999999999% positive that all my creatures got +4/+4. But just to clarify, what happened with the effects?

Except the last one. It only got +2+2. Unless they entered simultaneously.

Correct. If you are just playing creature spells and not spells that generate two tokens, the first one you play (after the second one resolves after it) ges two instances of +2/+2, making +4/+4. The second one only gets the buffs from itself entering the battlefield.

No. I played {champion of the parish} then {kruin striker}. I wasn't including either of those because neither had haste
