Title: Garruk Relentless/Garruk, the Veil-Cursed
Post by: average_j03 on January 21, 2013, 06:39:42 AM
Hey guys, just wondering if I'm able to flip  {Garruk Relentless} over to  {Garruk, the Veil-Cursed} am I able to use his +1 or -1 ability right away or would I have to wait one full turn?

He's still the same guy, just a little more ticked off.
The ruling is that you may only activate a plainswalkers ability once per turn, at sorcery speed.

So if your able to hit him with a spell/ability he will flip then you can use his abilities. But if you use his 0 fight abilighty then you have to wait a turn.

When a double-faced card is transformed, nothing else changes about it, like summonig sickness, damage on it, being tapped, etc. So if you use his +0 to make him transform, you cannot use him again that turn because you already used that card.
