Heavenly inferno is probably the best, playability-out-of-the-box wise. Counterpunch is worth the most money, thanks to {Scavenging Ooze}.

About how much do you think a Japanese precon commander deck should be? Say devour for power sold in English at what 40?
My lgs has each precon commander deck in jap right now for the English version prices and I thought maybe the jap should be worth a little more

Usually Japanese cards (or any foreign cards) are worth a little more. I really don't know why, but they are. But if you're thinking of getting it for value, its good note that yes, it's worth a little more IF you know/can find someone who is interested in Japanese cards and will trade for them at an increased value.

For example, I know 2 guys at my LGS who speak Japanese. I know if I get Japanese cards they might be interested, because they can read them. However, if they aren't...well lets just say there's a Japanese {Font of Mythos} in my trade binder that's been there for a year and will never go away.
