Can I legally play a {Garruk Relentless} in a mono green {Omnath, Locus of Mana} commander/edh deck
{Garruk Relentless} is both {G} and {B}. The little circle next to {Garruk, the Veil-Cursed} card type features both colors. He cannot be used in a mono-{G} deck.
RESOLVED
It's the same reason you cant run {Crimson Kobolds} in a omnath deck. The color indicator is a clause that states it color just not in as many words.

Took me a long time to notice those, too. {Ravager of the Fells} is the only one that stands out a little bit enough to notice.
