Nice deck! In your aggro meta I highly recommend 4 {rhox faithmender} in the sideboard, he simply shuts down most assaults and pairs nicely with thraggy and revelation. {feeling of dread} and {witchbane orb} are personal auto adds for decks like this. I have also grown accustom to a two of {trostani, selesnya's voice} but that is not a choice everyone likes. Just keep in mind how quickly your life can get so out of hand that you end up with enough time to ulti jace and/or tamiyo. One faithemender gains you two life each time they attack, two gains you 8 life total and then gets you 20 life off a thragtusk and 4x life on all your revelations. It gets even more out of hand with a {runechanter's pike} singleton in the side. Aside from that, {tormod's crypt}/ {rest in peace} and maybe {jace, memory adept} or {sands of delirium} seem like good places to start. Finally fill the rest with extra and more specific counter spells.

Well I'll be sure to put in most those.   But as far as what to board out idk.  Rhox, and pitching and rift.   Some dissipates. Maybe pike.
