Personally I would drop the architects, mind controls, sideboard the orbs, and replace them all with instant/sorceries.  R/U Delver Blade is what I recommend.  Add 2 {runecharter pike} and the rest can be red burn.  Don't really need {artful dodge} either IMHO.

From the looks of it, Delver is hardly ever flipping, if at all. There's just not enough Instants/Sorceries for him.

I'd ditch the {Grand Architect}s for the swords in your sideboard.

{think twice} {faithless looting}(if you're going R/U) {cackling counterpart} to copy your transformed delver

Edit: also maybe a {xenograft} to make all your creatures illusions...
