You can. You can just make it simpler and bypass devil's play. Just take everyone's permanents every turn. It's pretty much a win.

So say you take all of their lands during their upkeep if they tap em for mana it's all gone during their main phase 1 right?

Add {alchemist's refuge} and pop the combo off on their turn. Take everything so they can't do anything.
