Can you combo a replicate spell with goblin electromancer? Would the replicated cost still be reduced?

If I have 2 goblin electromancers on the field, is pyromatics free?

No. It only reduces the numbered cost. Not the colored cost

But it makes it a hell of a lot better than {fireball}

For the record, you can only have 4 copies of any card in your deck with the exception of the 5 basic lands

THE GOLDEN RULE
101.1. Whenever a card's text directly contradicts these rules, the card takes precedence. The card overrides only the rule that applies to that specific situation. The only exception is that a player can concede the game at any time (see rule 104.3a).

Didn't feel the need to give an example of the rule being broken. But touché
