Title: Keyrunes, +1/+1 Counters
Post by: Wally on January 10, 2013, 06:14:05 PM
Here's some ideas I've been throwing around, not sure if it works tho.

If I happen to give my {Selesnya Keyrune} a +1/+1 counter - say via {Gavony Township} does it get to keep the counter for next time I activate?

Yes it keeps the counter, although when it's not a creature it does nothing. But the counter will stay on the permanent until the permanent changes zones. A linked question (and I'm 99.9999% sure it does not), would an aura stay attached?

The aura would disappear once it turns into an artifact, unless it was an "enchant permanent" aura. Creature enchantments will go away once it stops being a creature. And you are correct about the +1/+1 counters, just adding confirmation.

Edit: First CV and now you, Testset? This is war!
