Title: Exile, Summoning Sickness

If a creature come back from exile does it have summoning sickness.   Or can I swing.  Regular no haste.   Thanks.

Summoning sickness. It's as if you just cast it.

No matter where a creature comes from, if you have not controlled it since the start of your turn, you can't tap it.

This. Creatures that are exiled and come back into play are treated as if they are new objects that just entered the battlefield. Unless otherwise specified, it will have summoning sickness.

Edit: Looks like CV beat me to the reinforcement :/
