It has so many ways to win and it is very versatile and fun. I am looking for ways to improve it and make it better so any advice would be awesome.

Looks like a pretty solid start! And assuming you use 40 lands, you still have room to add 7 more cards to help you.

I recommend at least a couple of tutors - black has the ability to search for cards like no other color, and using that to your advantage can easily make or break a game.  With all your bounce combo abilities with vela and stuff like Venser, I highly recommend {Rune-Scarred Demon}. Some other good tutors are {Beseech the Queen}, {Diabolic Tutor}, {Diabolic Revalation}, and {Demonic Tutor}.

The {Exquisite Blood}/{Sanguine Bond} infinite combo might go well here. Exquisite blood at least will likely gain you a lot of life with all of your Vela damage triggers.

I have demonic tutor and am working on vampiric tutor. I like exquisite blood because it gains me life but sanguine bond just seems too good.

I also like rune scared demon. He is a card I never considered. And I actually only run 37 lands because I have a relatively low mana curve. Most things are two an three cost

Well I like faerie imposter shrieking drake  combos with my comander's second ability. Basically it can bounce itself so for every blue I can make I can make each opponent lose one life so basically tap tap 8 blue and each opponent loses 8 life. It makes the game go faster. It also helps me to flip  {Erayo, Soratami Ascendant}. But I love faerie imposter in this deck!
