Youve chosen my favorite colors. Personally any grixis control should run {nicol bolas, planeswalker} as a 2 of. If it resolves and you get 1-2 turns with him you can easily win :)

I like dissipates.. Sometimes late game I can't counter small things that can kill you... I just wanna make sure I can counter something for good.. Ill probably add 2 syncopates main board

Dissipate over sync in a deck without serious ramp. Colors are no longer an issue with all 10 shocks legal, and limiting your opponent's options is what control is meant to do, syncopate leaves an option for them.
