10. creature blocks
11. Player takes damage from a source (not individual damage)
12. Player deals damage from a source they control
13. Player forces a creature to tap
14. A player sacrifices a permanent
15. A player forces a creature to die
16. A player forces a player to discard
17. A player gains life
18. A player uses a mana ramp
19. A spell is countered
20. A creature is bounced
21. Cards played per turn per color

I would say drawing a card or playing a land. But maybe that seems a tad too obvious.
And yet all differ depending on the deck
I'd say there is a 3/29th chance a creature blocks.
