I was wondering are there any cheap and quick modern win conditions for a black deck?
A job(cheap way to makethe money or a noncheap win, because modern is damn expensive)

IMO the only true budget modern decks are mono green infect and some variants of soul sisters.
Nah UGB infect is jst as cheap

There sure is. I don't know the details of it off the top of my head, but a friend of mine does. I'd be happy to ask him for details for you. I know its very cheap, does moderately well, and is quite control-oriented, if that interests you (or anyone else)
Isn't affinity cheap? I mean glimmer voids and blinkmoth nexus are the only expensive cards and there's 10$ a piece

It is somewhat. But it also needs four {arcbound ravagers} and four {mox opal}

Restore balance is SUPER BUDGET. I'll post mine tomorrow! It's a really fun deck. I find it to be one turn too slow to be really competitive, on average.
