Say I have a card such as {Zealous Conscripts} and take control of one of my opponents creatures. Now at the end of my turn I use {Conjurer's Closet} to flicker that creature. Do I now keep that creature indefinitely?

Yep, it pretty much comes down to how you stack the triggers.
