What are they and what format/deck are they used in?

 {Urza's Mine} + {Urza's Tower} + {Urza's Power Plant}

They're used to ramp into things like {karn liberated} and eldrazi.

The decks the lands are in are usually referred to as UrzaTron decks, because you assemble the three pieces of the deck that start pumping out geysers of mana, usually for colorless spells or such. You form Voltron!
