I like the assualt strobe idea. But idk if it will ne fast enough for modern. And the hierarch exalted boost is a must for a quick win

Do you think the lands that deal a damage to me are going to hurt me too much because the deck has been winning turn 2 and turn 3?

Serum visions over {ponder}? I don't think so lol and rancor in my opinion just doesn't get it done in modern. Do you understand what I'm trying to do with the spirit guide? A lot

Only thing id change is the mana base... Otherwise i really like it, coming from a fellow infect user.

Well, u know that ponder and preordain are banned in modern. Trust me, ive been playing a lot of modern lately and serum visions and {sleight of hand} really do get it done

Idk if it needs sleight of hand type cards in the deck. Every turn and every mana is necessary for the turn 2 turn 3 win.

An example of how I can't waste mana on anything else:

Turn 1. {city of brass} {simian spirit guide} {blighted agent}
Turn 2. {gemstone mine} {might of old krosa} {groundswell} {mutagenic growth}
