This is my second EDH, I've only been playing for a couple of months but I would love feedback on what to take out and what to put it. Thx

Looks pretty solid and quite scary. I do recommend adding {lightning greaves} and {whispersilk cloak}, and perhaps {Swiftfoot boots} as well if you can find the room.  Keeping {Thraximundar} safe from removal is going to be important - he will be a prime target for it. And you have lots of other very nasty creatures in there that will be removal targets too, and would benefit greatly from shroud/hexproof. The haste and unblockable from those equipments are just gravy.

You also have blue. I know its not exactly this deck's style, but fitting in a counterspell or two might be helpful if you can manage it. {Counterflux} is pretty fun in commander and you have the colors for it. You can really ruin someone's day with {Time Stop}. Or {counterlash} into one of your super-scary creatures.

Counters do sound nice, I can think Of a few moments where I needed one; but how about the counter " Not of this World"? Seeing that my commander should be power 7 or greater..?

{Not of This World} is a nice counter spell, as it can protect your commander for free. Be careful about cards that don't target though, as it won't be able to stop them (like {Damnation}). Also, try out some cards like {Barter in Blood} or {Innocent Blood} to take advantage of the fact that ANY creature sacrificed will power up Thraximundar. {Killing Wave} can also be a huge power up, in addition to a potential board wipe.

Lol I remember my Thraximundar deck :) I use him as a target for everyone else's attention while I searched out combo peices and let them waste removal on him then comboing out lol{ Kiki jiki mirror breaker} combo mostly
