Any chance we can get the star rankings from gatherer on the card page?
Very low. But I'm all for having our own, iMtG stars.

Why cant we have their stars or discussion link? Their discussions have more players and are older, maybe we could use them only until we have some more of iMtG stars... If you make your own star system, make it so we can rate it without internet and it sends the data as soon as he gets wifi

Is there a way to import/export .dec files?
Yes, you can use Import From iTunes, that will import all .dec files from iMtG folder in iTunes. You can also open .dec file in Mail (or some file-storing app, like Dropbox or iDisk) and it should load in iMtG.
To export, you email the deck to yourself.
