I want mill to death. This is my only goal.
More {Dream Twist}, {Jace, Memory Adept}, {Doorkeeper} with {Hover Barrier}, {Thought Scour} and {Nephalia Drownyard}
More {Dream Twist} main board
Mill cards usually suck. Denting their library does not stop their reanimated {armada wurm} from beating face. What does stop it is semi-passive mill effects like {sands of delirium} or {jace memory adept} after an {azorius charm} or {vanishment}. A good mill deck looks almost like a turbo fog deck, but without the turbo and more answers than prevention ({fog}). {Curse of exhaustion} can aslo buy you the necessary time if you drop it right after a wrath. Also {cyclonic rift} is one of the better cards for this idea since early game it stops ajani pumped dorks, kills {rancor} (bounce in response to the rancor cast/ target and it stays in the graveyard), {ash zealot} letting you flashback {feeling of dread} on the other two dudes, and late game it flips their whole board (which an exhaustion would keep them from rebuilding very fast).
There is my opinion, i love mill and build to go 4-1 minimum so i can pay my entry on store credit. If i wa to do that with mill it would have to be turbo fog or heavy wrath mill.
It would cut your flashback but {Ground Seal} and {Rest in Peace} are options for mill decks to prevent rites
