{Altar's Reap} is my new favorite card. It gives this deck everything it wants: more cards and more sac outlets.

{Lotleth troll} is too good not to use, and {slitherhead} can give it two free +1/+1 counters.

I disagree. Blood thrones are good sac outlets, but that's not what Slitherhead is for.

Agreed. And you don't want too many Bloodthrones wasting space. You need a healthy mix of them and then creatures to sacrifice. Also go 4 rancor. It's too good not to have a full playset of
