I divided I'm going to make my first commander and really need help my colors I would like in my commander are BUW or BUG and good commanders with thoughts colors, also good combos for it

has a wonderful selection of Commanders in every color combination, good place to start. What do you like about RUG or BUG?
{Damia, Sage of Stone} or {The Mimeoplasm} are the only real BUG commanders.
{Animar, Soul of Elements} and {Riku of Two Reflections} are the RUG commanders.
{Maelstrom Wanderer} is another {R}{U}{G} option, and can be a solid one.
{Intet the Dreamer}, too, though less popular.
{Vorosh the Hunter} is the only additional {B}{U}{G} option, but like Intet is not usually a common choice.

He can be. He goes pretty well with a reanimator theme. I have a reanimator deck in his colors, myself, so I can tell you it works pretty well and is fun to play. My commander is {Karador, Ghost Chieftan} instead, though.

What about that one treefolk where creatures do damage equal to their toughness?

{Doran, the Siege Tower}? He can make for a pretty fun commander. Makes people over think and really hesitant to attack if you have the right field.
