You might want less jace. You don't want a lot in your hand. And also you have no draw power. What happens when you are topdecking? Perhaps replace index with {Thought Scour} and find room for {Think Twice}. And you should probably cut down to 1-3 {Increasing Confusion}. It is a great card, but do you really think you will want to tap out to cast it 8 times? I think 2 is a good number. It's a fantastic finisher, especially with jace on the field. Also another suggestion is to take out 1 or 2 {Archaeomancer}. He costs a lot, and you probably won't benefit from him until the next turn. But he is incredibly useful. Perhaps add a single {Psychic Spiral}. Just throwing around ideas.

2 thigs this deck needs: draw power and stall tactics (like {Devastation Tide}, {Feeling of Dread}, {Crippling Chill}, {Supreme Verdict}, etc.)
