Kinda vague, is your question how do you use PW abilities?

If the question is about planeswalkers, you pay their mana cost to use them like any card. Unlike a creature they don't suffer from summoning sickness, and can use any ability so long as they have enough loyalty counters. Most have a +1 or more to gain more counters as a first ability, and a - however many as the next two abilities, the last costing the most and known as the ultimate. You must have enough counters to use an ability, for example to use a -8 they need at least 8 counters.  When a planeswalker has 0 counters it is destroyed. Planeswalkers act as players, so opponents can attack them instead of you, and can redirect damage they deal through burn spells to planeswalkers, but not target them as a player. These are just the basics of using planeswalkers, but it's a start, good luck

The basic rule book touches briefly on planeswalkers. It is in a thread that is stickied up top. It's called PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING. You can also visit wizards.com/planeswalkers to learn more about them.
