Post by: BrosEler123 on December 20, 2012, 02:40:48 PM
Ok so I have a  {Wolfir Avenger}and the other guy had an unleashed  {Splatter Thug} and was attacking. I blocked with my avenger and then regenerated. Does his splatter thug die?

No, a triggered regeneration removes the creature from combat.

This. The full effects of regeneration are:

1) Remove all damage from the regenerating creature.
2) Tap that creature.
3) Remove that creature from combat.

The splatter thug lives - after first strike and your creature regenerates, nothing is in combat versus the splatter thug anymore to damage it during the normal combat damage phase.

Ok and if the attacking creature didn't have first strike then he would have died?
