Title: Wal-Mart promos
Post by: Nocturnevoyager on December 13, 2012, 01:15:28 AM
Are there plans on adding these cards to the database?  I realize there are not many cards, but it would provide a way of accurately tracking how many a person has.

You're talking about the promos in the packs of 3 boosters? Those are just old FNM promos.

They have a symbol like a shooting star, but in the card database, there is no sign of it.  I know it's a minor set, but just thought I'd ask.  Great app!!

Yes- generally cards with the shooting star symbol are old promos from Friday Night Magic or events where Wizards made extra, had them sitting around, and just added them to the packs so people would want to buy them. For example, the Walmart near me has these cards also- Sunblast Angel and I think Terrastodon.

Meaning, we already have them in database, correct?

They do not currently show up in the database, no.

It looks like they actually aren't. I have one of a {Terastadon} and a {Sunblast Angel}, neither show up as having a promo in the database.
