Title: Seraph Sanctuary
Post by: fadedParadox on December 10, 2012, 06:34:55 PM
I'm fairly new to magic, I used to play years ago and am just getting back into. I got the deck builders toolkit and made a nice couple decks. I'm having an issue with my angel deck. Do you get 1 life for every seraph sanctuary on the field when an angel comes onto the field, or do you only get the effect from 1 seraph sanctuary. Help appreciated Ty.

{Seraph Sanctuary}
---
Welcome back to Magic: the Gathering! :)

Each seraph sanctuary on the battlefield triggers seperatly, so if you have two of them out, you will gain two life when an angel enters the battlefield under your control.

These type of triggered abilities do stack.
So a creature enters the battlefield
State based actions are checked and look for the following: are there any triggered abilities, is the creature's toughness above zero (or in the case of {elesh norn, grand cenobite} are other creature's toughness high enough to live), is your life total above zero, and i think im forgetting one.

In this case each trigger is seperate and will all be added.

Short answer, gain 1 life X the number of sanctuaries for each angel that enters play on your field.
