This is my sisters current edh decks, I don't know the general well I just added good blue and black edh staples but any ideas would be aprechieated.

All decks using any blue need  {Memnarch} , he is the most fun in EDH. Especially with people playing artifact EDH decks

i took it out cause it really didn't do anything to help the deck, it was mostly dead card in this deck

A card that takes control of opponents permanents is never a dead card

Anyother suggestions

{Sheoldred, Whispering One} is a solid addition to any EDH deck with black.

{Bribery} is the most annoying blue card in the format.

Card advantage is super important, so any instant-speed spells you can find that can cause an opponent to lose three life on someone else's turn when they've taken no damage will let you keep drawing cards with Sygg.
