Title: Scion of the ur-dragon.

When his ability makes him a copy of something else, is it still GD? We're having a bit of a debate here with valid arguments on both sides.

{Scion of the Ur-Dragon}
What's "GD?" Sorry, I'm terrible with acronyms.

Edit: are you asking about commander (or "general") damage? If so, the answer is yes.

Rule 903.3 includes "a commander that is copying another card is still a commander." Thus, it would deal commander damage in combat.
