IMO rtr. Just because of {jace, architect of thought}. You can't beat a mini {fact or fiction}.

Technically Innistrad now has the most valuable card with {Geist of Saint Traft}. Or maybe M13 even with {Thundermaw Hellkite}. All the standard sets have great value right now.

RTR and innistrad are both pretty well packed with value.

How does it work? Booster on RTR is under $1. Is it just average price per card or something? And what is box?

For the tool to work properly you have to have all the prices for a given expansion downloaded. Works best with Offline Cache, of course.
