Since you are going for humans, I would drop stuff like the goblins and add in a few {Thalia, guardian of thraben}, get another champion, and {ash zealot} is good as well. Gisela is great, but the most expensive card in your deck. If you draw her, she is either a dead card or you are falling behind in the game. Try putting in something that might help you push that last bit of damage in, like maybe an {ajani, caller of the pride}. Little things can go a long way when tweaking decks
I agree with the previous poster, if you wanna build a human deck focus on that. As for Boros, they are focused on double/ first strike if I remember correctly. So you may need to wait till the next expansion in order to properly build a Boros. In the case of your lands , try using some of the double colored lands that are available. (Please forgive me for the lack of links, still learning this app)
When avacyn restored first came out boros was a realy big deck type so i should be fine now. And we got ash zealot and price capton to help
I know I need dual lands but I'm waiting so I can preorder the Boros shock lands
I completely forgot about {cliff top retreat}. Also, just in case the game does run long, you need some little things to beef you up late game, just in case. { slayers stronghold} is a reusable combat trick that is not a dead card early on
