A rough draft of a deck I'm working on to annoy my friends for a laugh. The idea is get Talrand out, and just bounce and counter everything I can, amassing drakes as I do.

Still working on it, having trouble with filter getting maxed out when I search for stuff like "counter spell" or "return permanent to hand," so it only displays up to the M's or so alphabetically. So any good missing bounces or counters, please suggest them! (don't bother suggesting {force of will} - too rich for my blood!).  I'll probably look for and update lands today or tomorrow.

{Counterbalance} with {sensei's diving top} for all the counters, {gather the specimens} is lols late game, mabe a {mind over matter}, {temple bell}, {psyosis crawler} combo?

I like the {Counterbalance} paired with the top, nice synergy! I already have temple bell and a decent amount of card draw too, so adding mind over matter and psychosis crawler is a good idea too! Thanks for the suggestions! Now to figure out what to remove for those 4 cards...

Also considering adding {Copy Enchantment} JUST for {Declaration of Naught}. Because it's hilarious. Stop 2 people's commanders by having 1 mana open!

also what about {venser, shaper sevant} and {snapcaster Mage} with {riptide laboratory}? Ooo and {Teferi}

First off, I have to point out how evil I think you are, using Erayo and Laboratory. Curse that combo!
That being said, what about {Snap}? Free is good! {Wash Out} can be a nice field wiper (moreso bouncer I guess) against mono decks. {Psychic Barrier} isn't too bad, and if you're going to have a bunch of creatures I'd try out {Unified Will}. For that matter, {Sunken Hope} should do more good than harm for you. I see you have the Core Augur in there, so how about {Oppressive Will} or {Rites of Refusal}? The rites are better with black in the deck, but it could still work. Hope this helped!
