{Epic Experiment}Ing with this deck seems very... Lack luster... You just hit some non-usable counters, maybe some burn, and draw a few cards... Maybe add green for ramp for bigger epic's, and then add cards like {Temporal mastery} and {Increasing Vengance} for some more fun Experiments!

Maybe cut some lands and bring it to about 23-24?

In my opinion, I think that you should lower the amount of creatures and counterspells in order to make sure that you hit more spells off of your experiments. For example I am running four creatures in my experiment list, crap tons of card draw, and pretty much trying to kill them by hitting lots of burn and draw off of epic experiment.
