Why {scalding tarn} and {March flats}?
They act as deck thinners I'd assume.

Why {scalding tarn} and {March flats}?
My thinking as well. As far as I know of you can only use lands that are the colors of your commander; even fetch lands.

Lands are colorless and fetches are no different except they say tap grab another colorless land. So they should be okay.

This is correct. You can have whatever fetches in the deck you want, since they don't actually have a mana symbol in their text box. People use them to thin their decks, which can be pretty helpful in a 100 card deck.

Basically I let's me consistently mana fix by being able to grab the duel lands and yeah it thins the deck but it being such a big deck it doesn't do much. It's mostly for mana fixing purposes.

Any thoughts on the deck itself?
