{Master Transmuter} comes to mind, as a fun alternative of cheating cards into play, in case your general is getting hate. {Memnarch} is always fun when running {Mycosynth Lattice}, and {Mirrorworks} can get pretty ridiculous in the right deck. I would suggest {Inkwell Leviathan}, you can cheat it into play with a Transmuter, and its pretty big and evasive, and that goes a long way in EDH.
Also, you have access to blue, so I would throw in some card draw, but I'm a guy who loves to draw when playing blue. A {Blue  Zenith} could do well, just to keep things going smoothly.

Try and find some funny useful utility artifacts for use against different decks

{Crawlspace} is great against swarms
Use some great equipment cards like  {Quietus Spike} or  {Batterskull}
My suggestion I look at some other commanders that people post on here and try and find good artifacts that beat that strategy. You general is a tool box. Just need to make sure you always have the right tool.

Since you can get around mana costs, what about something like {Spine of Ish Sah} or {Argentum Armor} for permanent removal? Blue can bounce, but its a bit hard for it to destroy things, so those might help if you find yourself in need of removal.

Btw is {Elbrus the binding blade} illegal in a mono {U} deck?
Yeah, Transmuter and spine would be a nice combo. A bit costly mana-wise, but if you need removal it gets the job done. And I can't believe I didn't see the armor, I checked like, 3 times to make sure and I still missed it haha. And yeah, Elbrus has black so it isn't allowed.

Yep, in commander (outside of house rules) all colors are taken into account. Whether its double faced cards, mana in the text box that's different than the casting color, or hybrid cards, all colors have to be within the commander's colors.

Correct. For example, a {Shrieking Grotesque} would not be allowed in a mono {W} EDH deck. Why you would want to put it in a mono deck, I'm not sure, but you can't.

As Agra suggested, {Batterskull}. Quite brilliant, actually. As its a non creature artifact, your command can search for it and because of the germ token, you get a creature out of it (effectively)!

I would consider taking out {Inexorable Tide}, since a lot of your plays will be cheating things into play, as opposed to casting. {Booby Trap} could possibly go too, since its probably gonna sit there for a while before it can go off (if it ever does). {Chimeric Mass} could go out for {Wurmcoil Engine}, just think about paying 6 mana for each; Wurmcoil wins if you ask me. Just some ideas.

Def taking out tide! I totally overlooked it!
Chimeric mass with {Energy chamber} and {Salvaging station} creates a decent loop for Arcum. Booby trap can go too.
Is  {Summoning Station} also removable?

Yeah, it's too costly I think. I'd keep the mass then (I overlooked that combo) and replace the station.

It's a great card! {Rhystic Study} is great too, making them decide between paying mana or giving you card advantage. The Bell is nice, since it doesn't cost mana to use, and puts a smaller target on your head than the other two. It's all about how you want to play, really.

I think ill build it and test it out! I might go for bell though... It could be more interesting in a multiplayer game.
