I'd add some {rakdos keyrune}s. 3/1 first strike plus it can survive kill spells/boardwipes when not in beast mode.

Keyrunes also kill {swagtusk}.

Yep. ISD and M13 will cycle out in October, and we'll have the RtR block, the new core set, and the first set in the new block.
