Title: Plane Cards (Planechase)
Post by: fabiohotts on November 27, 2012, 08:45:22 AM
Hello!

If an effect of the chaos ability of a plane card would destroy a target creature, does that effect work against creatures that have shroud or hexproof?

Hexproof: can't be target of something your opponents control. However. I don't control the plannar deck. I just used the ability...
So, how does planes effects work against shroud and hexproof?

Thanks!

Whoever's turn it is is considered the current controller of the plane card. So if its your turn, and it has an effect that targets, treat it as if you are 'casting' or controlling the effect.

You can only kill hexproof and shroud guys with global boardwipes or non targeting wipes. Anything with the word target can't hit hexproof (unless you control it) and shroud
