Is there just not a good enough base for there to be an artifact deck in standard. I'm mulling over every card and really my best guess is a D grade equipment deck. Has anyone tried artifact based decks since RvR? Last question, does gatecrash or dragons maze show any love for my colorless affection? Of course our best guesses would be lore based right now.
The future doesn't bode well for artifacts in this block, We are in Ravnica, land of the multicolored cards.
Best options for artifacts these days are {Stuffy Doll} and black with {Phylactery Lich} and {Xathrid Gorgon}
You could have a look at the runes deck I posted in standard, just throwing around ideas really. Maybe it gives you one?

Hellkite tyrant may be right up your ally then, potentially coming out in dragons maze. He steals artifacts and I believe it's during your upkeep, if you control 20 or more artifacts you win haha
That's 2/3 favorite things. I'm slightly excited.

Mhmm u can have nice dragon deck even now.. And with gatecrash coming... Dragons will be nice theme deck...;)
