Title: Yawgmoth's Will, Phage the Untouchable

If I have a {phage the untouchable} in my gy and cast a {yagmoths will} to play phage do I lose the game or not.

Since you lose teh game for not casting her from you hand, and since your graveyard is not your hand, yes you would lose teh game.

But yagmoths will states you can play the cards as though they were from your hand

Casting as if it is from your hand is essentially just casting it from a graveyard at any time you could normally cast a creature. It's still casting it from the graveyard. The rulings on yawgmoth's will also say that it doesn't cause "when you cast this card from your hand..." Effects to trigger.
