Is it possible to use {Hypersonic Dragon} to reanimate {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn} or other eldrazi with something like {Reanimate} or {Exhume}?
I would say yes.
Right with hypersonic dragon duh haha, I was wondering how at first
Does emrakul's ability, "protection from coloured spells" stop reanimate cause reanimate is a coloured spell?

Absolutely. You can also {Stifle} or {Trickbind} his trigger. {Leyline of Anticipation} is the fastest option.
{Leyline of Anticipation}
Swamp
{Dark Ritual} or {Lotus Petal}
{Entomb}
{Reanimate}
Are you sure? {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn} has protection from coloured spells so {Reanimate} shouldn't be able to target it.
Protection only protects a creature that is in play (on the battlefield). Protection doesn't work for creatures while they're in the graveyard, hand, or library.
Well that's not very good protection lol

Good to know thanks!
{Groyo's Vengeance}, {Corpse Dance}, {Betrayal of Flesh}, {Shallow Grave}, {Makeshift Mannequin}, and a couple others can do the trick without the need for flash - already instant speed!
Wouldnt {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn} be shuffled back into your library though, making him an invalid target to be reanimated?

No in response to his trigger going on the stack, you instant speed reanimate him taking him out of the GY before his effect resolves shuffling the rest of your GY back into your deck

Are there nontargetable ways to get rid of the mannequin counter?

{Aether Snap} comes to mind.
You can't really remove the counter since sexmage and parasite both target, which makes you sac it. Maybe {Sudden Disappearance} would work but it costs a lot of mana.
