Is {Drogskol Captain} is decent (I run him my deck because he draws attention), {Midnight Haunting} is good if you don't want to splash {B} for {Lingering Souls}, but I'd try to add {Snapcaster Mage}.
Looks to be a decent budget build.

{Drogskol Reaver} isn't bad for a budget build, it costs a ton, but you'd maintain the tribal thing and get card advantage. Paired with {Feeling of Dread}, he does work, and card advantage wins games. It's just not ideal.
