What are your guys thought/arguments for each phone? Which is the best in your opinions?
IMO the answer is android
Apple nerd here. I like the simplicity of the iPhone, plus MacBooks are the best as far as laptops go.
I personally prefer android. I've had an iPhone, but I just felt do constrained and limited.
IoS cuz it has imtg :P
Had a droid, crashed all time. Got as bad as 2-3 times a day. Got my iPhone and have never had an issue. I was on vacation with a buddy of mine and he is all about android. But everytime we needed a flashlight, take a pic or anything else, my phone was way faster.

Phone only. I agree with Mac laptops as #1

That's the biggest thing. The older android versions were nothing compared to iOS
Got the note 2 with jellybean and rocking quadcore processor
Used to have an iphone 4 and I dont miss it. This has swype, a better app market, and customize a lot of stuff. Flash player and tons of things you can't do with apple.
5.5" screen is boss too :D
I think that u cannot say what is better... Every single person has different needs and different parameters are important...
Do you want user friendly os with limited options to utilise and adjust take iOS...
Do you want equivalent that u can adjust and u must refine ot a little... Pick android...
Windows? Mhmm still have no idea... Cannot really judge read only previews...
I hate Apple, but iOS works... That is my rousing endorsement. It does what I tell it, doesn't crash and doesn't require me to add any effort. I like it.
I have an android tablet, it doesn't have iMtG so I don't use it.
I've heard Windows 8 is a dog, don't have a platform to use it on.

Tell it to show date next to time in the status bar, see if it does it...
It shows the date on the lock screen which is the first thing you see when starting interaction with the phone. I would argue that if you need to constantly remind yourself what date is, you may require pro help ;)

Unless i dont watch the date When i am unlocking the iPad, and want to know it when I am filling a form. Alright, then tell it to turn wifi on/off without going out of your current app
Wtf, stupid iPhone quoted and posted something for me.
I do like my iPhone, I also have a htc wildfire s for work, but it's crap because it has no memory to do anything other than make calls and messages. The better models are better.
For laptops (since it was brought up) I'm win7 all the way. Don't like Macintosh OS.
For hardware, they all run the same internals, so meh.

Don't want to sound negative and all, but why would I want to do that instead of just switching to Settings and back to the app?
While droid is by far the more adaptable/ stronger platform, apple is more user friendly. I personally prefer the droid, but have an iPhone because my carrier didn't have droids available. I am satisfied with it.

Practicity. Same reason why we have a multitasking bar in its instead of going out and selecting the app. Same reason why notification center was enabled. Same reason why we have a clock in the status bar instead of having to check the clock app and a lock rotation/mute button on the multitasking bar. Don't get me wrong, I like iOS, I just don't like apple's limitation idea. That is why I jailbreak it, so I modify it however I want
Sure. And I do think jailbreaking makes the whole 'Android is better because it's open' argument invalid. Jailbreaking makes my life as a developer a little bit more difficult, but from what I researched developers on Android have to be really really tough to survive :P

I like android because it is natively open, so I wouldn't have to use command lines and all that thing to do what I wanted in my gadget. But I am ok with jail breaking, I mainly don't like apples positioning against it (although I support them against installous, cracked ipas and app crackers, but cydia does warn you the sources with this kind of thing are illegal and asks you to not install them, so...)
As a side note, piracy you mentioned is breaking Law #1, so we don't even escalate to Law #2 to make a judgment ;)
